SCHOOLS OF MINISTRY Another part of our overall goal of training pastors is the establishment of Spirit-filled Bible schools in all the nations of Africa. Dr. Jack Tuls of Remote Area Ministries and I have been planting schools together in Africa for over seven years.
In January 2008, Jack asked me to take over the coordination of the schools, using the teaching manuals supplied by A.L. Gill Ministries. In October 2008, Jack, A.L. Gill and I agreed to collaborate between our three ministries for the advancement of the schools in Africa. We have eighteen schools in operation as of the end of 2009.

The Intern Program is a dynamic, intensive year-long program to train teachers in the gifts of the Spirit so that they may teach others.
BECOME A TEACHER OF THE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!
In July of this year we launched our tenth group in our Intern Teacher Training Program in the gifts of the Spirit. This program is designed to train men and women with teaching ministries to teach and impart to others the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The program involves one year of learning to flow in the gifts of the Spirit, which includes developing the art of teaching and training others. Finally the interns will be released to use Lightbearers materials in teaching the gifts of the Spirit. Students in over twenty different countries are learning and growing in the walk in the Spirit, while helping literally thousands of others to receive from God. Do you have a teaching ministry?
Interns must be willing to give several hours a day for one year in prayer and study under the authority of Lightbearers Ministries. The Holy Spirit is the Master of the program. I am His assistant, and the Reverend Mrs. Patty Hansen is the dean of the program. Are you willing to be submitted?
There is no cost to the training. Interns in North America and Europe will be required to purchase their own materials. Interns in Africa will receive the materials free from Lightbearers. Interns must be fluent in reading and writing in English. Interns must have a secure post office box to receive their materials, and their own email address. Our responsibility is to send the materials. Your responsibility is to believe to receive them.

The great adventure of walking by the Spirit is available to every believer. If you have a desire to teach others, we can help you learn to walk in the miracle working power of God!
THE COURSE WORK - The Intern Program involves daily prayer in tongues and study of the Word, as well as studying and reporting on the best books we know in the field of the gifts of the Spirit from such authors as Kenneth Hagin, Derek Prince and Dale Sides. The interns also receive a full course of study of the gifts from Rev. Kevin Porter via the internet. Upon graduation, intern teachers will be released to use Lightbearers' materials in their classes on the gifts of the Spirit.

I want to thank you and the Lightbearers Ministries for the intern teacher training program. Since I have been in this program, it has impact my life in many ways. I have a closer relationship with God and what I learned really helped me in my first prayer conference in 2009. Completing the course work and seeing the difference that it has made only reinforced in me the fact that; I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS ME, PHIL 4:13. I believe that this training will impact me and my ministry for the rest of my life. The experience has inspired me to read my Bible through every year and keep reviewing and studying the Intern Student Guide. I am believing that the Holy Spirit will guide me through this journal and will teach me as I acknowledge Him. Bless God for ever!
The year of 2009 was a trying year for me, my husband had open heart surgery and I lost 5 love ones. Because your prayers and encouraging words help me to stay in the race and not give up. I thank God for being with me every step of the way and helping me to get through that trying time.
I would like to especially thank Patty for her encouragement to stay focused on the task and to keep moving forward with my studies.
I have a few more books in the Bible to read and then I will have read the Bible twice. That was the first time I have read the Bible all the way through. Praise God forever!!! I am reading John G. Lake and I will send you my report soon.
Thank you for the books "Intern Program Student Guide" and the "Living Waters". I printed out all the lessons and put them in a binder, however; the book that you sent will make it so much easier to review.
