Do you have a gifting to teach?
Lightbearers Ministries is currently seeking men and women with teaching ministries to become effective teachers of the gifts of the Spirit. We will start a new intern group January 1st, 2012. The training lasts twelve months.
Thank you for your interest in our teacher training program for teachers of the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Our vision is to equip every pastor on the continent of Africa to flow in the gifts of the Spirit, to the end of evangelizing North Africa and Europe. To that end we are seeking to train teachers who can train others in the gifts of the Spirit. Our purpose is to produce the most knowledgeable, best equipped teachers, who are certified to present Lightbearers materials on the gifts of the Spirit.
2 And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable men who will also be qualified to teach others. 2 Tim 2:2-3 NIV
Before you are accepted in to the program, I want to tell you very clearly what is expected of you, if you are accepted. Starting January 1st, you would enter one year of training, conducted primarily through the internet and with personal mentoring. If you successfully finish the one year training, you will receive certification to teach our materials on the gifts of the Spirit and God willing be networked in to teach at our emerging and established schools of ministry.
If you are accepted to be in the teacher training, this is what will be expected:
- You will pray in tongues at least one hour a day.
- You will prepare your own reading plan to read the whole Bible in six months, then do it, and repeat it.
- You will receive a travel drive mostly made up of e-books that we will assign you, and write short book reports that will be sent to your mentor/co-ordinator via email. All African interns will have their materials sent to them by Lightbearers or delivered by their mentor in Africa. All North American or European interns must purchase their own copies. We will assist in information to purchase the books or e-materials.
- You will carry out practical application exercises that are designed to help you receive and walk in the gifts of the Spirit. You will receive over the internet twice a month lessons to read and learn from that are followed with practical application exercises.
- You will maintain weekly email contact with your personal mentor/co-ordinator.
If you agree to these conditions we will consider you for the training.

SCHOOLS of MINISTRY BACKGROUND: In January 2008, Jack Tuls asked me to take over the coordination of the schools, using the teaching manuals supplied by A.L. Gill Ministries. In October 2008, Jack, A.L. Gill and I agreed to collaborate between our three ministries for the advancement of the schools in Africa. We have eighteen schools in operation as of the end of 2009.

The Intern Program is a dynamic, intensive year-long program to train teachers in the gifts of the Spirit so that they may teach others.
BECOME A TEACHER OF THE GIFTS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT!
In July of this year we launched our tenth group in our Intern Teacher Training Program in the gifts of the Spirit. This program is designed to train men and women with teaching ministries to teach and impart to others the gifts of the Holy Spirit. The program involves one year of learning to flow in the gifts of the Spirit, which includes developing the art of teaching and training others. Finally the interns will be released to use Lightbearers materials in teaching the gifts of the Spirit. Students in over twenty different countries are learning and growing in the walk in the Spirit, while helping literally thousands of others to receive from God. Do you have a teaching ministry?
Interns must be willing to give several hours a day for one year in prayer and study under the authority of Lightbearers Ministries. The Holy Spirit is the Master of the program. I am His assistant, and the Reverend Mrs. Patty Hansen is the dean of the program. Are you willing to be submitted?
There is no cost to the training. Interns in North America and Europe will be required to purchase their own materials. Interns in Africa will receive the materials free from Lightbearers. Interns must be fluent in reading and writing in English. Interns must have a secure post office box to receive their materials, and their own email address. Our responsibility is to send the materials. Your responsibility is to believe to receive them.

The great adventure of walking by the Spirit is available to every believer. If you have a desire to teach others, we can help you learn to walk in the miracle working power of God!
THE COURSE WORK - The Intern Program involves daily prayer in tongues and study of the Word, as well as studying and reporting on the best books we know in the field of the gifts of the Spirit from such authors as Kenneth Hagin, Derek Prince and Dale Sides. The interns also receive a full course of study of the gifts from Rev. Kevin Porter via the internet. Upon graduation, intern teachers will be released to use Lightbearers' materials in their classes on the gifts of the Spirit.

The year of 2009 was a trying year for me, my husband had open heart surgery and I lost 5 love ones. Because your prayers and encouraging words help me to stay in the race and not give up. I thank God for being with me every step of the way and helping me to get through that trying time.
I would like to especially thank Patty for her encouragement to stay focused on the task and to keep moving forward with my studies.
I have a few more books in the Bible to read and then I will have read the Bible twice. That was the first time I have read the Bible all the way through. Praise God forever!!! I am reading John G. Lake and I will send you my report soon.
